CNC Milling Services for
Custom Precision Parts

Meili Precision provides 3-axis and 3+2 CNC milling for prototypes, low-volume production, and custom industrial parts. DFM review before machining, inspection support on critical features, and clear English communication throughout.

CNC milled precision parts showcase

Our milling floor

We operate 10 × 3-axis CNC milling centers and 5 × 3+2 CNC machining centers from our facility in Dongguan, China. The mix lets us run prototypes and short production batches in parallel, with multi-face setups handled on the 3+2 centers for parts that need tighter positional accuracy.

Every job starts with a DFM and tolerance review. We flag thin walls, deformation risks, fixture concerns, and tolerance issues before quoting — so the price you see is the price you pay, with stable dimensions on delivery.

What we mill

  • Multi-face precision parts
  • Complex 3D contours and freeform surfaces
  • Deep cavities and thin-wall structures
  • Tight-tolerance bores and pockets
  • Threaded holes, counterbores, helicoil inserts
  • Prototypes through small-batch production
  • Up to 850 mm travel, project-dependent envelope

What we check before quoting
A quote is only useful if it can be delivered. We review every drawing for these points before pricing — saving rework cycles and surprises on both sides.
  • Material availability and substitutions
  • Critical tolerances and how they will be held
  • Surface finish requirements
  • Thread, hole, and insert details
  • Thin-wall and deformation risk
  • Fixture and multi-face machining setup
  • Finishing and inspection needs
  • Delivery deadline feasibility
